Working as the Penrith Business Park’s Outsourced Marketing Manager we initially started by looking strategically at their marketing. Where they were now, what they wanted to achieve and the steps we were going to take to get there. We helped them develop their new website and revitalise their social media. We also ran some Facebook advertising, a local radio campaign, a PR campaign and implemented email marketing with the business levy payers on the estates.
COVID restrictions had made it difficult to market the business parks, but as restrictions eased, we’ve started developing face to face networking events and also live broadcasts and business interviews from the Business Parks.
