Carnegie Theatre

Client Requirement 

The Carnegie Theatre, like numerous arts organizations, faced significant challenges during the pandemic. The impact of financial constraints, limited marketing resources, and the introduction of a new management team highlighted the pressing need for revitalised marketing strategies to reinvigorate interest in the theatre and attract visitors back to its doors. Recognising these challenges, we eagerly stepped in to provide the expertise and support required to develop a compelling marketing approach that would reignite the public’s enthusiasm for The Carnegie and ensure its continued success as a cultural hub within the community.

We hit the ground running with the Carnegie Theatre, starting with the development of their long-awaited Spring/Summer brochure Download here. Recognising the need to have a tangible marketing tool to engage the audience, we collaborated closely with a talented designer to compile all the essential information, encompassing an enticing lineup of shows and comprehensive details about the theatre itself. Despite the time constraints and previous resource limitations, we successfully brought the brochure to life, ensuring it effectively captured the essence of the Carnegie Theatre experience.

In addition to the brochure, we supported the team to establish a regular bi-weekly e-newsletter tailored to specific target audiences. These newsletters served as a powerful medium to showcase the diverse range of performances, ranging from captivating theatre productions and musical events to screenings and amateur dramatics. By crafting engaging content and utilising strategic targeting, we maximised the newsletters’ impact, fostering increased awareness and driving attendance for each unique performance.

Looking ahead, we are excited about the prospect of assuming the role of their dedicated Outsourced Marketing Manager. This expanded partnership will allow us to play a more integral role in the Carnegie Theatre’s journey, facilitating the rollout of their new branding initiatives and spearheading the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Our focus will encompass various key areas, including digital advertising, email marketing, public relations, and social media management. By implementing a holistic approach, we aim to elevate the Carnegie Theatre’s visibility, broaden its reach, and cultivate a thriving community of dedicated patrons and supporters.
