The BEEP Fund are a charity whose volunteer doctors provide emergency medical care across Cumbria. They approached Acorn Marketing as they wanted to be more proactive with their marketing, but didn’t really know where to start.
The BEEP Fund is relatively unknown, so the aim was to let more people know about the life saving work they do.
We went right back to basics and started looking at their branding. It was dated and old fashioned, so we worked with our designers to create a new modern logo that encapsulated exactly what they did…with the name BEEP Doctors.
We also got them active on social media; creating a social media strategy, setting up social media accounts and planning and monitoring monthly social media activity.
We also helped redevelop their website. This incorporated the new branding, information about the volunteer doctors, case studies, news and blogs and linked it with their social media. We are pleased to report that in the first two months of the website up and running their visitors had increased by 54%.
In addition we have generated press coverage in local papers and on the radio and signed up to more events across the county to really raise the profile of the BEEP Doctors.
